This place is well-kept, has a great location near the shopping mall, SkyTrain, public transport, and MRT.

The staff were extremely helpful and well-trained, no complains at all. The hotel's location was good, next to 2 night markets, shopping centers and the International Airport.

This place is definitely a great choice with a wonderful location in a fantastic area, and it's only 6 km away from the Thai-Japanese Stadium.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and tidy and the staff do a very good job cleaning every day. Laundry facilities quick and efficient. Well located for taxis and subway.

When there is a large conference or function the seating areas for residents are removed and there is very little space for residents to sit and relax. Obviously the functions are very important for revenue but so are normal residents.

The staff at the hotel were caring and efficient. the central location was really close to the MTR rail system and taxis, making it convenient for exploring Bangkok and other nearby countries.

A longer stay of 6 nights this time. The hotel is modern, clean and everything works well. Good for working between appointments. Close to the Metro station.

Internet access absurdly costly. 15% of the room rate! Many comparable and even much cheaper hotels do not charge for internet any more. The location is convenient for the Metro, but nothing else. Nowhere much to even go for a walk on the weekend. This is really a business only hotel in my view.

The room and hotel were clean and everything worked. The restaurants offered good choice and quality, but few guests used them whilst I was there.In general this is a good business hotel.

Internet charges are excessive. At the room rate charged, it is too much to have to pay by the day for internet access in 2010!

This place has a great location near the shopping mall, our premier room had an amazing view and spacious bathrooms.

The site says that wi fi is available but I was told that I have to pay 500 Baht for using internet.I felt cheated as most hotels provde free interenet

The room is clean and the bath room is great, when I asked to extend the check-out time to 2:00PM, the staff deal with it very fast.

a bit far from the CBD, high price for pick up service.
